Selena has worked at Churchill since January 2021, starting as a Care Co-ordinator. She then became Operations Manager in February 2022. Her role provides non-clinical leadership, operational management and direct line management. Working alongside the Practice Manager, she ensures the practice meets standards set by external regulatory boards, such as the Care Quality Commission and Integrated Care Board.
