Please be kind to our staff

Staff at our practice are working extremely hard and doing their best to make sure patients are safe.

At this time of year our GP practice very busy and our staff have been working incredibly hard to keep services open for patients.

The majority of people who need our support do so in a respectful way that helps us create a safe environment for all. We know patients who are unwell or waiting for care are often worried, nervous and frightened. We understand this and our staff are here to help, however unfortunately in some cases our staff are not being treated with respect and courtesy. 

Abuse will not be tolerated and should not be a part of a day’s work for our staff. So please, if you contact our practice, be kind.
